The three wise monkeys (See-, Hear- and Speak no Evil) are wearing mitres (archbishops’ hats) in a blunt comment about abuse in the Catholic Church. Art is a very powerful tool against abuse and hypocrisy. There’s a city full of walls you can post complaints at (a Mos Def quote).
